Jenni Rivera Dead: Mun2 and Telemundo Media Release StatementA two-hour special is planned for Sunday Telemundo Media issued a statement to press on Sunday regarding the presumed death of Latin star Jenni Rivera and six others in a plane crash on Sunday.

“mun2 and Telemundo Media have learned that Jenni Rivera, Latin entertainment icon and star of mun2 reality series I Love Jenni, was on the private plane that went down in Galena, Nueva Leon, Mexico early this morning,” the joint statement released by mun2 General ManagerDiana Mogollon and Telemundo Media President Emilio Romano reads.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Rivera family and the families of her team, as we await for details and official confirmation from the authorities on this tragic accident,” the statement continues.

“In honor of Jenni Rivera, Telemundo will broadcast a two-hour prime time special at 7 PM ET, coast to coast, and mun2 will re-air it at 9 PM ET. mun2 will also be airing two I Love Jenni previously produced specials at 11 PM ET and midnight ET.”

According to the Chicago Tribune, Local authorities in the state of Nueva Leon confirmed that they have found the wreckage of a plane in which Rivera, 43, and six others were traveling from Monterrey to their intended destination of Toluca, outside of Mexico City.

“There is nothing recognizable, neither material nor human” in the wreckage, Transportation and Communications Minister Gerardo Ruiz Esparza told the Televisa network.

The plane left Toluca at 3:30 AM on Sunday and was reported missing 10 minutes later. According toBillboard, also on board the plane were Rivera’s publicist, Arturo Rivera; her stylist, Jorge Sanchez; her makeup artist, Jacobo Llenares; her attorney Mario Macias, along with the plane’s pilots.

The singer, businesswoman and actress from Long Beach, Calif. has five children and two grandchildren. She announced in October that she would be divorcing baseball player and her third husband, Esteban Loaiza.

Rihanna hopped off a plane in New York’s JFK airport on Monday. The “Diamonds” singer is in town to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show alongside Justin Bieber.

Also getting ready for the runway show is Victoria Secret Angel Miranda Kerr. While Kerr hasn’t slipped into her wings yet, she was strutting her stuff on the streets of Manhattan Tuesday morning.

The show is set to film on Wednesday, Nov. 7, with newcomers Jourdan Dunn, Hilary Rhoda and Jessica Hart taking the stage for the very first time.

Golden Globe winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio has listed his 2,600-square-foot Malibu beachfront mansion. The stunning seven bedroom, six bathroom home has a for sale price of a staggering $23 million.

The Cape Cod-inspired home was originally listed for lease with a $150,000 price tag earlier this summer.

The unique property is comprised of three separate homes sitting on the same lot. The four-bedroom main home offers ocean views and a completely renovated kitchen, according to a listing.

The second home, a two-bedroom detached guest house, offers maids quarters and private beach entry.

The third boasts a gym, media room, seventh bedroom and a home office, according to the real estate listing on Trulia.

This isn’t the only major change in the recent weeks for the actor: DiCaprio, 37, is said to have split with Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, according to Us Weekly. The pair had been dating since late 2011.

Kanye West Flies to London to visit Kim Kardashian

Less than one day after Kim Kardashian touched down in London, England, boyfriend Kanye West made the same 4,000-mile journey from Miami.

Early Thursday, the 35-year-old rapper was spotted at Kardashian’s hotel, the Dorchester, in comfy, airplane-friendly attire: a black sweater, blue jeans and sneakers.

Kardashian and sister Kourtney arrived Wednesday morning along with Kourtney’s children Mason and Penelope.

The sisters are in town to promote the Kardashian Kollection at UK retailer Dorothy Perkins.
