Jessie J's New Album tagged ALIVE
Jessie J has shared further details about her much-anticipated new album. The former judge of "The Voice UK" has confirmed that the upcoming LP will be titled "Alive" and is scheduled to be released on September 23.
Jessie has also unveiled the album cover. She recently took to Instagram to share the artwork that features her close-up photo. Wearing only hoop earrings, the British sensation is seen staring at the camera while showing off her chopped-off blonde hair.
Jessie has worked with the likes of Big Sean, Tinie Tempah, Becky G, Claude Kelly, Dr. Luke, Ammo, and Pharrell Williams for the upcoming release, which will serve as the follow-up to 2011's "Who You Are".
"It's a lot of big vocals, a lot of vocal tricks, but still huge pop choruses," Kelly told Rap-Up. "She's colorful and over the top so you're gonna have that still."
Earlier this month, Jessie denied the rumor that suggested her new album would be called "Gold". "You will see the title and you'll the see the picture and you'll see the album cover and I think it's summed up in one word, in one picture," she explained.
"It really represents where I'm at in my life right now and how I feel about my life, but it's not called 'Gold'," she continued.

Russell Simmons Plans New Harriet Tubman Project
"I recently moved to hollywood I have began producing lots of content one of the things is a miniseries on Fredrick Douglas. The last few dayz I have been speaking to some of the direct descendants of Harriet Tubman. (Rita and Geraldine Daniels)," revealed the hip-hop mega-millionaire.
"They have not only accepted my apology but we agree that we should begin immediately to develop the story of Harriet Tubman," Simmons said, believing it was a testament that "God works in mysterious ways." Finally, he wrote, "Thank you Rita and Geraldine Daniels You and your great great grandmother are amazing inspiration. #newfriends."
Simmons' parody sex tape of the humanitarian and Union spy during the American civil war was met with an outrage, with critics saying it defamed not just Tubman but all African-American women. Simmons said he did not realize that the video would be perceived as such and that it "broke my heart" that black women were so disgusted by it.

Vybz Kartel drops New Album
Despite being incarcerated for almost two years, controversial deejay Vybz Kartel is still flooding the market with music.
His latest album, The Voice of The Jamaican Ghetto, was released early
this month. It is also the title of Kartel's book which has been out
since June.
According to an article posted on the website www. urbanislandz.com,
Michael Dawson of Whirlwind Records, who is responsible for marketing
both projects, is confident the 22-track album will impact Jamaican and
overseas charts.
Among the songs on The Voice of The Jamaican Ghetto are Poor People Revolution, Life We Living, Struggling and Bad Reputation.
Dawson told the website that Kartel's legal woes have prevented him and his team from properly promoting the album and book.
The 37-year-old deejay, whose real name is Adidjah Palmer, is one of
dancehall's most controversial figures, through many run-ins with the
law.
His hit songs include Romping Shop (with Spice), Clarks, Freaky Gal and World Boss.
Kartel is currently on trial in Kingston's Home Circuit Court for the July 2011 murder of Barrington Bryan.
Since he was detained on multiple homicide charges in September, 2011,
many of Kartel's songs have been released as part of compilation albums
