Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz took little Egypt  for a stroll in the West Village of New York City. Miss Keys took a break from promoting new album Girl On Fire and planning her Black Ball charity event coming up on November 1. Beyonce and Carol King are set to perform at the annual ball benefiting Keys’ Keep A Child Alive foundation.
