They say it takes about a year for a woman’s figure to bounce back
from childbirth, and Tia Mowry’s showing off her abs to prove the point.
Less than two years after giving birth to her son, Cree Hardrict, hard work has earned Tia a flat tummy, complete with six-pack abs, and she offered tips on how to snap back like she has.
Fans of “Tia & Tamera,” likely remember the former “The Game” star worrying about losing her baby weight before season 5 of the BET series premiered. She worked out with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins and was able to slim down a bit before the season started; however, Tia’s now back to her pre-baby physique.
To keep motivated, Tia suggests finding a buddy to workout with, listening to the voice in your head that’s encouraging you to go to the gym (not the one that wants you to stay in bed) and more tips.
Of course, for Tia, producing her own yoga DVD probably helped keep her focused, too.
