The 34-year-old former Mrs. Tom Cruise was photographed locking lips with co-star Luke Kirby on the set of their upcoming movie, "Mania Days," on Friday.

The two shared a choreographed embrace, with Holmes stripped down to her bra. Kirby followed suit, going shirtless to bare his muscular shoulders.
But as the Daily News reported, Holmes and her co-worker may be taking their chemistry from reel-life to real life.
